30-day return policy
LBJ Group LLC dba Home Renovation understands the importance of choosing the right
product for your project. If you are not completely satisfied with your store or online
purchase, simply return the merchandise to LBJ Group LLC dba Home Renovation
within 30 days of purchase with a valid purchase receipt and we will refund your
purchase. We reserve the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges. Please also see
below for the original packaging required for return.
For returns after 30 days or without receipt, we may provide a refund at our discretion
and at the last lowest price of the item. A valid photo ID is required. The ID information
will be recorded at the time of return. LBJ Group LLC dba Home Renovation uses a
third-party refund verification system. All returns are subject to approval by the
verification system.

All items must be paid in full prior to pick-up. A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to
process special orders or to reserve materials.
Orders placed by phone or email must be approved by signature, fax or email.
No returns are accepted after thirty (30) calendar days from the date of original
purchase. All returns must be approved prior to any refund or exchange. A 25%
restocking fee may apply to approved returns. All items must be in perfect resalable
condition, unopened in their original packaging. Only full boxes are accepted. Items sold
by the piece can be returned by the piece.

Returns will not be accepted on special orders, discontinued items, final sales, or
closing items.

Purchases made by credit card will only be refunded to the card used in the original
purchase, with the cardholder present. The account holder must be present when
paying by check. Check and cash purchases over $100.00 will be refunded by check and
mailed within seven (7) Business Days of the refund date and the check made payable
to the individual or Company listed on the original invoice.

If approved, for all approved returns:
● All returned merchandise must be intact and in resalable condition.

● Returns within 30 days of purchase will be processed using the same
payment method as your original purchase.
● Returns after 30 days of purchase or without an original purchase
receipt will be processed as merchandise credit.
● Returns over $500.00 where the original payment was in cash or by check will be
processed as a refund check by mail.

ORIGINAL PACKAGING REQUIRED FOR RETURN
Returns must be made unopened and in the original packaging and quantity of the
purchase; For example, if tiles are purchased by the box, they must be returned by the
box, except as noted below:
● Individual parts may be returned if purchased as shown as indicated on the
purchase receipt.
● Decorative mosaics can be returned by the piece if they are not opened and still
in their original packaging (cardboard backing and wrapped in plastic).

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned. LBJ Group LLC dba Home
Renovation is not responsible for product defects or damage, property damage, or lost
labor costs due to faulty installation. Claims for damage or shortages must be made
upon receipt of the product. Please thoroughly inspect all products prior to installation,
as their use will constitute your acceptance. The installed flooring is considered the
property of the owner/installer and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

Special Orders
Special orders cancelled prior to shipment may be cancelled without penalty and
refunded in full, including the cost of shipping. The customer is solely responsible for all
round-trip shipping costs once the order is shipped. Customers can cancel special
orders in-store or by calling Customer Service. Special order products that are not
custom-made can be returned to any LBJ Group LLC dba Home Renovation location.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to secure the merchandise and ensure it is
properly loaded and secured before it leaves our premises. LBJ Group LLC dba Home
Renovation is not responsible for any damages to vehicles while loading. If equipment
or machinery is in use, the customer is required to stand minimum ten (10) feet away
from the operation of any such equipment or machinery. Customer assumes full
responsibility for loading and/or transport of merchandise and releases LBJ Group LLC
dba Home Renovation from any liability, claims or damages arising out of customer’s
pick up and/or transport of merchandise. LBJ Group LLC dba Home Renovation
reserves the right to refuse and/or stop loading service.
